Serum-free medium for long-term freezing at -80 °C. BAMBANKER is a serum-free medium for long-term freezing at -80 °C. This ready-to-use medium is used for cryopreservation and works well for the preservation of valuable culture cells such as tumor cells and normal cells. Cells which can well be preserved using BAMBANKER include: P3U1 (mouse myeloma cell line), K562 (human leukemia cell line) and human gastric epithelial cells, Daudi (human B cell line), PC12 (rat-derived adrenal pheochromocytoma) and human B cell line, OKT4 (mouse hybridoma), monkey B cell line, activated lymphocyte derived from human peripheral blood and activated lymphocyte derived from mouse spleen.
